CJC-1295 no DAC, also called modified GRF 1–29, is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone carrying four amino-acid substitutions that slow its enzymatic breakdown. It is studied at the GHRH receptor in models of pulsatile growth-hormone release. It holds no regulatory approval. Supplied lyophilized for in-vitro research use.
